Twee kerstkaarten

Vandaag weer twee kaarten om te laten zien. Allebei heel verschillend qua stijl.

De eerste is mijn DT kaart voor de nieuwe challenge die vandaag begint bij Stamping Sensations met het thema: Kerst.

The first one is my DT card for the new challenge starting today at Stamping Sensations.

The theme is Get ready for Christmas.

Het papier is van Marianne Design. 

De stempel is van Crafters Companion, gekleurd met distress inkt.

Alleen een beetje witte verf,  frantage en een kantje erop gedaan om het geheel rustig te houden.

A new home

Twee posten op een dag, niet iets wat ik normaal doe maar het is vandaag de eerste zondag van de maand en dan begint altijd een nieuwe challenge bij 

Stamping Sensations. Het thema is: Dieren. 

Mijn DT voorbeeld is de kaart wat ik voor mijn dochter heb gemaakt. Ze woont sinds kort in haar eigen appartement.

Two posts on one day is not a thing I usually do but it's the first Sunday of the month and as allways time for a new challenge at Stamping Sensations.

The theme is Animal Magic.

I made this card for my daughter. She recently left home and moved into her own appartment.

Twee kaarten

Vandaag heb ik twee kaarten om te laten zien want  de nieuwe challegnes bij Addicted-to-stamps en bij Stamping Sensations beginnen vandaag.

 Allebei de kaarten zijn hetzelfde model en design maar de ene is een verjaardskaart en de andere een kerstkaart.

Allereerst mijn kaart voor de challenge bij Stamping Sensations.

Pastel Kerst bij Fussy and Fancy

Stempel van Crafters Companion, gekleurd met distress inkt. Op de hoekjes zit wat frantage en op het stukje blauw waarop de stempel is gemat heb ik glitters gedaan. Het lijkt op de foto een beetje groenig maar in het echt schittert het gewoon neutraal.. Op de bloemen en onder het stempeltje wat Aleens true snow. De tekst rondje is van Whimsy

Op de sterretjes een parelsterretje geplakt.

Stamp is Crafters Companion, coloured with distress ink. Some frantage on the corners and Aleens true snow on the flowers and under the image. Around the stamp I added some glitter, it looks a bit green on the photo but in tru life is just sparkles.

I stuk little pearl stars on the diecut stars.

Een nieuwe woning

Het is weer tijd voor een nieuwe challenge bij Addicted-to-stamps (ATSC).

Het thema is:  Paper embellishments/chipboard.

Denk aan papieren bloemen, vlaggen, iets uitgestanst, doilies, als het maar een versiersel is gemaakt van papier. Of gebruik iets van chipboard, of allebei.

Mijn teamgenotes hebben prachtige creaties gemaakt, neem een kijkje op de challenge blog en je kan wederom een leuke prijs winnen.

Gekleurd op Kraft

Kleuren op Kraft stond al heel lang op mijn "To Do" lijst. Eindelijk is het er dan toch van gekomen, kon ik ook weer eens met mijn potloden kleuren want dat was ook al even geleden.

Ik vond het leuk om te doen en ik zal het zeker herhalen en ook de wat nostalgisch uitstraling wat het geeft vind ik leuk.

Ik heb een Center Step kaart gemaakt.

Colouring on Kraft is one of the things on my "To Do"list. At last I got round to it and it meant colouring with my pencils again which I hadn't done for a while either.

It was fun to do and I certainly will colour on Kraft again. I also like the somewhat nostalgic look.

Een bedankje voor de juf.

Mijn dochter vroeg of ik een Merci doosje wilde pimpen die ze aan haar Jazz-Dance lerares wil geven.

De Juf geeft ook klassiek ballet les dus dit ballet danseresje stempel vond ik wel toepasselijk.

Ik heb een hoesje gemaakt zodat het doosje met chocolade eruit geschoven kan worden. 

De afmeting van de bovenkant van het doosje is net ietsjes groter dan die van een kaart. (15,5x15,5).

My daughter asked me to pimp a box of Merci chocolates that she wants to give her Jazz-Dance teacher.

The teacher also gives classic ballet lessons so I thought this little ballet dancer stamp was an appropriate choice.

I made a case around the box. sothat the chocolate box can be shoved out.

The measurements of the front are just a little bit bigger than a card.

De Merci doosje schuif je er gewoon uit. / You can push the box out.

De grote bloemen zijn zelf gemaakt.
