A garden forever

In verband met onze vakantie ben ik even niet in blogland geweest. Ik heb ook helemaal geen kaarten meer gemaakt maar ik had dit kaartje nog liggen dus ik kan jullie toch weer iets laten zien.

Kaarten met alleen een tekst vind ik altijd zo stijlvol en aangezien niet iedereen van 'poppetjes' houdt, altijd makkelijk om op voorraad te hebben.

Due to our holidays I've not been around in blogland and haven't made any cards either.

I still had this card from before we went so I have something to show you again.

I like cards with just a sentiment, they are so elegant and seeing that lots of people don't like cards with coloured images,  this type of card allways comes in handy.

Het papier is een restje van Papermania. De randjes heb ik wat gescheurd en met witte acrylverf bewerkt.

De tekst stempel is van Bildmalarna. Uitgestanst met een mal van Marianne Design.

De kleine labeltjes zijn gemaakt met stempeltjes van LOTV en gekleurd met distress inkt.

Verder nog: Marianne Design creatable, kantje, bloemen van Wild Orchid.

The paper is a scrap from Papermania. I distressed the edges and dabbed around with white paint.

De sentiment is from Bildmalarna. Placed on a die from Marianne Design.

De little tags are from LOTV, coloured with distress inkt.

Further:  Marianne design creatable, lace, flowers WO.

Wonderful Wings - ATSC

Na vier weken beginnen we vandaag met een nieuwe, twee wekelijke, challenge bij ATSC.

We hebben de leuke thema van WONDERFUL WINGS, alles met vleugels.

After four weeks we start today with a new two weekly challenge at  ATSC.

We have the lovely theme of WONDERFUL WINGS.

Ik heb twee Bildmalarna stempels gemaskerd, LWF Little Boy en Tree stump.

Ze zijn gekleurd met distress inkt.

Het papier is ook Bildmalarna, Flowers of spring - birdsong. 

I masked two Bildmalarna stamps together, LWF Little boy and tree stump.

They are coloured with distress ink.

The paper is also from Bildmalarna, Flowers of spring - birdsong.

Vintage theetijd

Met het mooie zomer weer komt er weinig tot niets van knutselen of bloggen. Mijn blog leeslijst verdwijnt ook continue en ook al log ik -tig keer in en uit het helpt niet dus het is lastig om jullie blogs te bezoeken..

Ik heb ook totaal geen inspiratie maar ik kreeg het verzoek om een vintage kaart voor een verjaardag te maken dus ben ik toch maar begonnen en heb ik deze kaart gemaakt. 

With this lovely summer weather I don't feel like crafting or blogging. My blog reading list keeps coming and going as well so that makes it difficult to visit your blogs. I keep trying to log in and out but it doesn't help much.

I have no inspiration at all either, but I got a request to make a vintage birthday card so I got myself started and made this card.

Het papier is van Maja. Alle randjes heb ik met walnut stain distress inkt bewerkt.

De afbeelding van Pion.

De tags zijn gemaakt met stempels van LOTV.

Verder heb ik gebruikt: Marianne Design creatable, cheery lynn mal, blaadjes pons. Pin zelfgemaakt.

Vandaag begint weer een nieuwe challenge bij ATSC en we hebben als thema: 

VEEL LAGEN.

Omdat de vakantie periode is aangebroken duurt de challenge vier weken ipv twee.

Due to the summer holidays our challenge will be open for four weeks instead of two.

Het papier wat ik heb gebruikt is van Prima Marketing. Alle randjes heb ik met de hand genaaid en met witte acrylverf bewerkt.

Het stempeltje is van Whimsey. Ik heb het gekleurd met distress inkt en H2O.

The DP is Prima marketing.  I did the stitching by hand and babbed around the edges with white paint.

LWF sitting

Toen ik deze sketch zag wist ik meteen dat ik een kaart ermee moest maken. 

Het is een rechthoekig kaart maar met een vierkant erop en je kan er werkelijk alle kanten mee op.

When I saw this sketch I knew I had to make a card with it

It's a rectangle but also has a sqare on it and you can go all sorts of ways with it.

Het papier is Bildmalarna Sweet tones - purple flowers.. Ik heb de voor en achterkant gebruikt. Gemat op kraft en alle randjes met de hand genaaid.

Het lief stempeltje is LWF - Sit. Ik heb haar gekleurd met distress inkt en H2O.

Kleuren: tattered rose, vintage photo, worn lipstick, antique linen, walnut stain, pumice stone, bundles sage, peelded paint en H2O english lavender. Op haar jurkje en vleugeltjes heb ik ook wat glitters gedaan.

Het tekst rondje is van lotv. Kantjes van marianne Design en de markt.

Mallen: Creatables, Cheery Lynn, Nestabilities

The lovely DP is Bildmalarna Sweet tones - purple flowers. I used the front and back side and did the sewing by hand.

The adorable stamp is LWF - Sit. I coloured her with Distress ink. and H2O.

Colours used: tattered rose, vintage photo, worn lipstick, antique linen, walnut stain, pumice stone, bundled sage, peeld paint and H2O english lavender. I added glitters to her dress and wings.

The sentiment is from lotv. Lace from Marianne Design and the market

Dies used: Nestabilites, Creatable, Cheery Lynn.

Vintage 40 jaar getrouwd

Deze kaart had ik een paar weken terug gemaakt in opdracht voor iemand die een kaart wilde voor een stel dat 40 jaar getrouwd was. 

Het moest wel een vintage kaart zijn.

I made this card a few weeks ago as an order for someone who wanted a card for a couple who would be married for 40 years. 

It had to be a vintage card.

Het papier is Pion, zo geschikt voor romantisch vintage kaarten. Ook het plaatje is van Pion.

De ticket is van lotv. 

Kantjes morgen ook niet ontbreken zoals ook een lintje en parelbrad.

De bladeren zijn gemaakt met een Cheery Lynn mal. 

Verder nog ribbelkarton en de mooie parelhart is van The Pretty Little Ribbon Shop.

The DP is from Pion, perfect for romantic vintage cards. The image is also from Pion.

De ticket is made with a lotv stamp.

The leaves are made with a die from Cheery Lynn.

Furthermore lace, seambinding, and the pretty pearl heart is from The Pretty Little Ribbon Shop.

Mimosa in haar tuintje

Hier ben ik weer met mijn wekelijkse Bildmalarna kaartje. 

Gisteren stond deze al op de Bildmalarna blog mocht het jullie bekend voorkomen. 

Here I am again with my weekly Bildmalarna card.

Het papier is van Kaiserkraft. De randjes heb ik met roze borduurgaren met de hand genaaid.

Ik heb twee Bildmalarna stempels gebruikt, Mimosa flower basket en Rose fence.

Ik vind ze wel leuk bij elkaar passen, net een klein tuintje.

De tekst is van Nicole Verkooijen.

The paper is Kaiserkraft. I sewed the edges by hand.

I used two Bildmalarna stamps, Mimosa flower basket and Rose fence.

 I think they go well together, just like a little garden.

The sentiment is from Nicole Verkooijen.

Mooie kant

Vandaag begint een nieuwe challenge bij ATSC met thema: Mooie Kant.

Niet zo moeilijk, voor mij al helemaal niet want op de meeste kaarten doe ik wel een kantje.

Natuurlijk moet je ook een stempel gebruiken.

Today the new challenge at ATSC starts with the theme: Gorgeous Lace.

Not so difficult, for me at least because I nearly always use lace on my cards.

Don't forget to use a stamp as well.

Ik heb weer een lotv stempel tevoorschijn gehaald, ze blijven leuk vind ik. 

Deze is Rosie Posie, gekleurd met distress inkt en H2O.
Ook de tekst en tickets zijn van lotv.
Het papier is van Pion. Alle randjes zijn met de hand genaaid.
Verder nog een nestabilitie, MD creatable en randpons gebruikt. 

I got one of lotv stamps out again, they are so sweet.

Ik vind het zelf altijd fijn om te weten welke kleuren men heeft gebruikt voor het kleuren dus ik heb nu ook eens de kleuren genoteerd.

De kanten van het afdrukje heb ik met antique linen bewerkt.

Lovely Moments

Vandaag laat ik jullie een kaart zien gemaakt met een Bildmalarna stempel, Mimosa Lovely Moments. 

Ik heb het gekleurd met distress inkt en H2O.

Today I would like to show you a card I made with a Bildmalarna stamp, Mimosa Lovely Moments.

I coloured with distress ink and H2O.

Het papier is Bildmalarna Welcome - Baby pink. 

Rondom heb ik wat met witte verf gedept en de randjes met de hand genaaid.

Verder heb ik gebruikt: kantje, lint, parels, cheerylynn mal, magnolia doohickey, ribbelkarton.

I dabbed around the edges with white paint and the sewing is done by hand.

Just me in blauw en roze

Vandaag laat ik jullie een kaartje zien wat ik heb gemaakt met een van de nieuwste Bildmalarna stempels.
Heel meisjesachtig in het roze en blauw (en wit)

Today I would like to show you a card that I made with one of the newest Bildmalarna stamps.
Very girly in blue and pink. 

Het papier is Bildmalarna Flowers of spring -Birdsong. Ik heb de achterkant ervan gebruikt,
Alle randjes heb ik met de hand genaaid.
De afbeelding is Just me  nr 2. Gekleurd met distress inkt.
Het Rollerskate bedeltje is ook van Bildmalarna en die past zo leuk hierbij.

The Design paper is Flowers of spring -Birdsong. I used the back and the sewing around the edges is done by hand.
The image is made with the stamp Just Me  nr 2., coloured with distress ink.

The lovely Rollerskate charm goes well with this image.
