Regenboogkaart

Vandaag een ander soort kaart dat wat jullie van mij gewend zijn. 

Bij Stamping Sensations begint vandaag een nieuwe challenge met het thema:

Somewhere over the rainbow.  (De kleuren van de regenboog of het lied).

A different style of card from me today.

The new challenge starting today at  Stamping Sensations has the theme of:

Some where over the rainbow (be inspired by the colours of the rainbow or the song)

De stempel is van Coosa. Ik had het allang maar nooit gebruikt en ik vond het wel goed bij het thema passen.

 Eerst heb ik gestempeld en dan met distress inkt de regenboogkleuren achtergrond gemaakt. Daarna  de bloemen en vogel iets meer gekleurd. Gemat op donker blauw karton en een restje DP.

Een paar bloemen en klimoprank maken het af. 

The stamp is from Coosa. Ik had it  for ages but never used it but found it again and thought it would be a good fit for the theme.

First I stamped then made the rainbowbackground with distress ink. Then I coloured the flowers and bird a little bit more.

Matted on darkblue and a left over piece of DP.

A few flowers and a diecut ivy to complete it.

Een heerlijke dag

Vandaag nog een kaart met een van de nieuwste stempels van Lili of the Valley.

Deze is van de stempelset Sunny Days maar is ook als digi te verkrijgen Carrots

Het papier is van Maja Design.

De stempel is gekleurd met distress inkt (refills) Gebruikte kleuren: 

Pumice stone, Spun sugar, rusty hinge, frayed burlap, vintage photo, bundles sage, peeled paint, 

faded jeans, Tumbled glass, weathered wood

De tekst zit ook bij de stempel set.

Ik vond een stukje jute wat ik bij het plaatje vind passen.

I coloured the stamp with distress ink (refills)  Used colours: 

Pumice stone, Spun sugar, rusty hinge, frayed burlap, vintage photo, bundles sage, peeled paint, faded jeans, tumbles glass, weathered wood

I found a piece of burlap which I thought would be a good match.

Lente kaart

Vandaag een kaart gemaakt met een van de, over een paar dagen te koop, stempels van Lili of the valley.  Ze zullen ook als digi te verkrijgen zijn.

De eerste voor LOTV

Dank je wel voor alle lieve reacties bij mijn vorige kaart en felicitaties op mijn DT "baan"bij LOTV.

Hier is het dan, mijn eerste officiele DT kaart voor LOTV

Gemaakt met een van de nieuwe, nog uit te brengen stempels en digis. 

Ze worden eind februari uitgebracht.

Alles behalve vierkant bij Addicted to Stamps Challenge en een nieuwtje

Vandaag begint weer een nieuwe challenge bij Addicted to Stamps (ATSC).

Het thema is: Alles behalve vierkant.

The theme is: Anything but a square.

Het DP is van Stamperia. Alle randjes heb ik met de hand doorgestikt.

De stempel is van Studio Light gekleurd met Twinkling H2O en distress inkt.

Een kantje, parelrandje en kanten bloemen maken het tot een vintage geheel.

Sinds ik stempel maak ik kaarten met LOTV stempels. Jullie hebben er dan ook veel voorbij zien komen de afgelopen jaren. Ik ben dan ook heel blij en trots om deel uit te mogen maken van de DT.

Ik heb dezelfde mal gebruikt voor de basis van mijn kaart als bij mijn vorige kaart.

De stempel is van LOTV. Gekleurd met distress inkt en wat glitter op haar vleugels. Ook de mini labels zijn stempels van LOTV.

De bloemen zijn gemaakt met een snijmal van de Action.

Snowmen

Vandaag begint een nieuwe challenge bij Addicted to Stamps.

Het thema is Sneeuwpop. 

Elk jaar neem ik me voor om door te blijven gaan met kerstkaarten maken maar het lukt me nooit.

Nu heb ik met mijn DT voorbeeld in ieder geval er toch alvast eentje gemaakt.

Ik denk dat ik deze ook in een ander kleur en met een andere stempel ga maken dan heb ik er alvast twee.

The theme is: Snowman

Every year I have the intention to keep on making Christmas cards but I never get round to it.

So with this card I have my first card done. I think I'll make this in another colour and with different stamp so I will have two.

De basis is een ticketmal van Studio Light. Het papier is van Maja Design.

De stempel is een oude niet meer te verkrijgen stempel van LOTV,  Gekleurd met distress inkt. Glitters voor de sneeuw en met wat witte acrylverf rond gedept voor een sneeuw effect.

De kleine labeltjes zijn ook stempels van LOTV.

De bloemen zijn gemaakt met een mal van Magnolia.

The stamp is an old, no longer available one from LOTV. Coloured with distress inkt. Glitters for the snow and I dabbed around with white paint for a more snow effect.

The little tags are als stamps from LOTV.

The flowers are made with a die from Magnolia.

Reminder Winter sparkle

Vandaag een kaart als reminder voor de lopende challenge bij Stamping Sensations.

Het thema is Winter Sparkle. 

Vergeet niet dat stempelen wel het meest belangrijk gedeelte van je werk moet zijn. Alleen een gestempeld tekstje is niet genoeg.

De stempel van is Whimsy. Gekleurd met distress inkt. Ultra fijne embossing poeder voor de sneeuw.
Het schittert heel mooi in het echt. De meeldraadjes in de bloemen schitteren ook.

De tekst stempel is van LOTV.
