Tweede kaart voor Whimsy

 Vandaag de tweede kaart die ik heb gemaakt als Guest voor Whimsy.  

Ik heb weer eens een Easel kaart gemaakt, wel altijd lastig om goed op de foto te krijgen.

Gisteren is ook weer een nieuwe challenge bij Cute card thursday begonnen met het thema: Wintery

(Omdat deze kaart pas op vrijdag op mijn blog is staat het niet bij de DT voorbeelden erbij.)

I made an easel card. Allways difficult to get it good on a photo.

Het papier is van Maja Design - Christmas Season. Gemat op de bijbehorende monochroom. De bloemen zijn ook gemaakt met het monochroom papier.

De digi is Whimsy - Jenny Gekleurd met distress inkt en glitters op de bont en sneeuw.

Uitgestanst met mallen van Crealies.

De tekst is een stempel van Whimsy wat ik al jaren had,

The DP is from Maya Design - Christmas Season. Matted with the matching monochroom papers. The flowers are also made with the monochroom paper.

The digi is from Whimsy Wee - Jenny. Coloured with distress inkt and glitter on the fur and snow.

Cut out with a die from Crealies.

The sentiment is a stamp from Whimsy what I had for years.

Een fee in de winterkou

Weer een kerstkaartje af. Deze is gemaakt met een van mijn oude rubber stempels van LOTV. Je zou bijna medelijden krijgen met de arme fee zo in de koude wind. 

Another Christmas card finished. This one is made with one of my old rubber stamps from LOTV. 

You would nearly feel sorry for the poor little fairy in the cold wind.

Het papier is van Maja Design - Christmas Season. 

De stempel is van LOTV gekleurd met distress inkt. (Tattered rose, Tea Dye,  Antique linen, Vintage Photo, Walnut stain, Bundled sage, Peelded paint, Forest moss, Barn door, Aged Mahogany Stormy Sky). Glitter  op de vleugels.

De stempel is niet meer in rubber te krijgen maar als het goed is wel digitaal. De kleine labeltje is ook een LOTV stempeltje.

Gebruikte mallen: Crealies, Elizabeth crafts voor de bloemen en takjes gemaakt met een mal van Joy.

Guest voor Whimsy

 In november mag ik Digital Guest Designer zijn voor Whimsy. Ik vind het zo leuk en een eer om gevraagd te zijn. Onderstaande kaart is de eerste daarvoor gemaakt.

Het papier is van Maja Design. De randjes zijn met de hand genaaid. Ik vind dit nog altijd een leuk werkje om te doen, toch een soort van borduren.

De digi is van Whimsy Four birds calling. Gekleurd met distress inkt en glitter op de sneeuw gedaan.

Een Kerst krans

Vandaag begint weer een nieuwe challenge bij Stamping Sensations. 

Het thema is: Kransen/guirlandes en/of kerstbloemen.

Vergeet niet dat de focus wel op het stempelen moet liggen. Alleen een gestempeld tekstje is niet genoeg om in aanmerking te komen voor de prijs of in de top drie te worden gekozen.

A new challenge starts today at Stamping Sensations.

The theme is: Garlands/Wreaths/Christmas flowers.

Please don't forget the focus must be the stamping. Just a little sentiment is not enough to be eligiable for the prize or to be chosen in our top three.

 Het papier is van een hele oude blok van Kars. Op de hoeken heb ik met witte verf wat gedept met een sponsje voor een sneeuw effect.

De stempel is van Nellie Snellen, gekleurd met distress inkt en glitters voor de sneeuw. 

De bloemen zijn gemaakt met een mal van Magnolia en de takjes met een pons van Martha Stewart. Verder alleen nog een kantje waar een klein beetje glitter inzit. 

The DP is from an very old paperblok from Kars. I dabbed on the corners of the card with some white paint on a sponge for a snow effect.

The stamp is from Nellie Snellen. Coloured with distress ink and added glitter for snow.

The flowers are made with a die from Magnolia, the branches with a punch from Martha Stewart. Furthermore a piece of lace which has a little glitter in it.

Een roze kerstkaart

Vandaag begint een nieuwe challenge bij Cute card Thursday. Het theme deze week is: Stempelen.

Ik heb een "oudje" van LOTV tevoorschijn gehaald om een kaart mee te maken en zo heb ik weer een kerstkaartje af. Voor de verandering ook een roze kerstkaart gemaakt.

I got out one of my "oldies" from LOTV to make a card. For a change I made a pink Christmas card.

 Het papier is digitaal papier van LOTV - Modern Christmas. 

De LOTV stempel is niet meer verkrijgbaar in rubber maar nog wel digitaal. Zoals altijd heb ik gekleurd met distress inkt. 

The DP is digital paper from LOTV - Modern Christmas.

The LOTV stamp is no longer available in rubber but you  can get her as a digi.  As allways I coloured with distress ink.

Een Halloween kaart

Vandaag begint weer een challenge bij Cute card thursday. Het thema deze week is: Halloween.

A new challenge starts today at Cute card thursday. The theme this week is: Halloween.

Het papier is van Fab Scraps. Ik heb het al jaren dus het zal niet meer te koop zijn denk ik.

De schattige Heksje is een van de nieuwe van LOTV. Deze heet Broomstick. Gekleurd met distress inkt.  De tekst is ook van LOTV.

Rondom de afdrukje heb ik gestempeld met een kippengaas stempeltje van Crealies.

Veel meer valt er niet over te vertellen, Een stukje zwart kant, zwarte takken en wat bloemen.

The DP is from Fab Scraps. I've had it for years and it probably isn't available anymore.

The cute little Witch is one of the newest from LOTV. This one is Broomstick. Coloured in distress ink.

The sentiment is also from LOTV.

I stamped the edges of the image with a small chickenwire stamp from Crealies.

Furthermore a piece of black lace, black leaves and a few flowers and that's it.

Herfst bij Stamping Sensations

Vandaag begint een nieuwe challenge bij Stamping Sensations. Het thema is Herfst Glorie.

A new challenge starts today at Stamping Sensations.. The theme is Autumn Glory.

Het papier is van Maja design. De stempel is van LOTV - Midsummer night. Niet meer als rubber stempel te koop maar nog wel digitaal. Gekleurd met distress inkt. De kader erom is gemaakt met een mal van Elizabeth Crafts. Een kantje eronder en verder diverse mallen gebruikt voor de bloemen, bladeren en paddenstoelen. 

De tekst rondje is ook van LOTV.

The DP is from Maja Design. The stamp is from LOTV - Midsummer night. No longer available in rubber only as digi. Coloured with distress ink. The frame is made with a die from Elizabeth Crafts.

A piece of lace under it and several of dies for the mushrooms, leaves and flowers.

Vandaag laat ik een kaart zien gemaakt met een van de nieuwe kerststempels van LOTV.

Today I'm showing you a  card made with one of the new Christmas stamps from LOTV

De basis is gemaakt met een mal van Studio light.

Het papier is van LOTV -  Icy Snowflakes.

De stempel is LOTV Pinguïn friends gekleurd met distress inkt. Glitters op de bont randjes en op de sneeuw.

Gebruikte kleuren: Black soot, Scattered straw, Spun sugar, Blueprint sketch, Chipped sapphire, Milled lavender, seedless preserves, Faded jeans, Antique linen. 

De tekst is ook van LOTV

Gebruikte mallen: Studio Light, Crealies, ponsen van pipoos, IJsrand aan de bovenkant ?

De strik is gemaakt van Seambinding.

 

The base is made with a die from Studio Light.

The DP is from LOTV -  Icy Snowflakes.

The stamp is LOTV Pinguïn friends coloured with distress ink. Glitters for the furhats and on the snow.

Reminder Outdoors challenge

Een kaart gemaakt als reminder voor de lopende challenge bij Stamping Sensations. 

Het thema is: Buiten

Ik heb een kerstkaart gemaakt met een stempel die ik verleden jaar had gekocht maar het kwam er niet van om een kerstkaart ermee te maken. 

A card made as reminder for the running challenge at Stamping Sensations. 

The theme is: Outdoors

I made a Christmas card with a stamp I bought last year but never got round to using it.

De basis van de kaart is 17,5 x 13,5.

Het DP is van Maja Design gemat op monochroom.

De stempel is van Nellies Choice. Gekleurd met distress inkt en glitters voor alle sneeuw. In het echt zijn de kleuren veel mooier en komen de glitters ook iets meer uit.

De tekst rondje is van LOTV. 

Gebruikte mallen: Crealies voor de kader, Elizabeth crafts voor de bloemen, Joy voor de takjes.

The base of the card is 17,5 x 13,5.

The DP is from Maja Design matted on monochroom.

The stamp is from Nellies Choice. Coloured with distress ink and glitters on the snow.

In real the colours look better and you can see more of the glitter.

The sentiment is from LOTV.
