Zonder zwarte lijnen

Vandaag ben ik aan de beurt voor de midmonth inspiratie kaart bij Stamping Sensations.

De thema van de lopende challenge is Herfst.

Wij als DT hebben bij de midmonth ook de opdracht om een techniek toe te passen.

Iets wat allang op mijn "to do" lijstje stond was het kleuren van een stempel zonder zwarte lijnen.

Ik moet eerlijk toegeven dat het niet meeviel en moeilijker was dan ik had verwacht en ik ben talloze keren opnieuw begonnen totdat ik redelijk tevreden was met het resultaat.

It's my turn today to do the midmonth post at Stamping Sensations.

The theme of the running challenge is Autumn.

The midmonth is also about  using a new technique or one we often use.

Something that has been on "my to do" list for a while was colouring without black lines.

I must admit is was more difficult than I thought it would be and it took me several attempt before I came up with something that I was reasonably happy with.

De stempel is van Bildmalarna. Eerst gestempeld met Antique Linen en dan verder gekleurd met distress inkt.

The stamp is from Bildmalarna. I stamped it first with Antique Linen and then coloured it further with distress ink.

Embossing bij ATSC

We starten vandaag met een nieuwe challenge bij Addicted-to-stamps (ATSC).

Het thema is Embossing. (Nat of droog) uiteraad ook met een stempel, we zijn een stempel challenge.

Als DT voorbeeld heb ik een kerstkaart gemaakt. Mijn teamgenotes hebben prachtige voorbeelden gemaakt, heel divers, je kan ook een leuke prijs winnen van onze sponsor Marianne design.

De schattige sneeuwpop is van Whimsy, gekleurd met distress inkt. De tekst is gemaakt met een creatable van Marianne design, uitgestanst en de tekst geembossed en geinkt. 

De kader rondom de afbeelding is van Marianne Design, de geembosste gedeeltes heb ik ook beinkt.

De takken zijn ook van Marianne design en de bloemen heb ik gemaakt met een mal van Crealies. 

Een mooie kantje, parels, besjes, Frantage en Alines true maken het verder af.

The DP is Maja Design.

The cute snowman is from Whimsy, coloured with distress ink. The sentiment is made with a die from Marianne design, I inkt the embossed words.

The frame and branches are also from Marianne design. I made the flowers with a die from Crealies.

Lovely lace, pearls, berries, Frantage and snow complete the card.

Vandaag begint weer een nieuwe challenge bij Addicted To Stamps (ATSC).

Ik dacht meteen aan deze stempeltje van de uiltjes op een tak en zo heb ik ook meteen mijn eerste kerstkaart van 2016 gemaakt. Ik had, zoals elk jaar, het voornemen om door te blijven gaan met kerstkaarten maken maar er kwam helemaal niets van terecht. Maar het begin is weer gemaakt.

Een jongenskaart

De vakantie is weer voorbij en het leven van alledag begint weer. 

Vanaf vandaag ben ik ook weer terug in blogland.

Bedankt voor alle lieve reacties bij mijn laatste (ingepland) blogposten. Zo leuk om te lezen en ik kom vast en zeker met een tegenbezoek langs.

Het is de eerste zondag van de maand en dat betekent dat er bij Stamping Sensations een nieuwe challenge begint.

Een nieuwe Design Team
